5 lb. chicken wings, either disjointed or whole
real lemon juice (1 medium bottle)
garlic salt (good quality)
soy sauce (Kikkoman preferably)
Corning Ware type baking dish
(large size)
Italina Style Wings: Same ingredients as before, plus: Italian bread crumbs oregano thyme basil Parmesan shake-on cheese Mustard Speecie Spicy Style Wings: Same ingredients as the Soy-Garlic Wings plus: mustard powder chili powder hot sauce Preheat oven to 375 degrees to 400 degrees. Put wings in large baking dish, try to keep them to one layer. Put in oven for 5 min- utes, then sprinkle lemon juice liberally on top of wings. Cook until wings start to frost on top. Next douse liberally with soy sauce and garlic salt, in that order, and continue cooking until the top starts to brown. When brown or crisp, turn the wings to white side and once again apply just the soy and garlic salt as before, and wait for this side to crisp or brown.
