Tortilla Appetizer Wedges
List of Ingredients
1(8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. green onions
10 (6 to 8 inch) flour tortillas
1 (4oz.) can diced green chilies
Pimentos
Salt and pepper
Salsa
1/2 c. sour cream
Recipe
In medium bowl. combine cream cheese and sour cream; mix well Stir in chilies, onions, salt and pepper. Spread 1 tortilla with 1/4c. cream cheese mixture; top with other tortilla. Continue spreading and stacking tortillas until stack is 4 tortillas high. Top with fifth tortilla; do not spread mixture on top. Make another stack with remaining 5 tortillas. Wrap tortilla, in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut each stack into 18 wedges. Arrange pinwheel fashion around cup of salsa. Makes 36 wedges
