Amish Macaroni Salad

3 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
2 boiled eggs
1 chopped onion diced cucumber, canned drained tuna (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Mix sugar, salt, mustard and flour together. Add eggs and vinegar, mix well and add water and stir until smooth. Cook until thickened. Prepare dressing in advance so it will be cooled.
Toss all together
