    mom
    2 c tomato juice
    2 c water
    1 c cream
    1/2 c milk
    2/3 c flour
    1 t salt

    Heat tomato juice to boiling, add salt. Stir together in separate bowl, cream, milk & flour. Add to 1st mixture & stir until thick
