    Citrus Turkey Tenderloins

    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 pound turkey tenderloins, butterflied


    Prepare outdoor grill, placing grill rack 5 inches from heat source.

    In a large self-sealing plastic bag combine chili powder, cumin, pepper, salt, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, oil, honey, cilantro, and garlic; seal bag and shake to mix.

    Add tenderloins to marinade, seal bag and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally to marinate evenly.

    Remove turkey from marinade and pat dry.

    Grill about 4 to 5 minutes per side or until meat is no longer pink in center, juices run clear, and meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees
