Mustard Glazed Ribs

3/4 cup beer
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
3 Tsp soy sauce
1 Tsp catsup
3/4 Tabasco pepper sauce
1/2 tsp ground cloves
4 lbs pork spareribs or beef baby back ribs
In medium bowl, combine beer, sugar, mustard, soy sauce, catsup, Tabasco sauce & cloves; mix well. Position grill rack as far from grill as possible. Place ribs on grill over low heat. For pork ribs, grill 45 mins; turn occasionally. Brush with mustard glaze. Grill 30 mins longer or until meat is cooked through; turn & baste ribs often with mustard glaze. (For baby back ribs, grill 15 mins. Brush with mustard glaze. Grill 30 minutes longer or until meat is cooked to desired doneness; turn & baste ribs often with mustard glaze.) Heat any remaining glaze to boil; serve with ribs.
