Sausage And Pepper Bread

3 lbs sausage (hot)
3 pkgs green onions (chopped green stems only)
3 loaves frozen bread dough
3 cups mozzarella cheese
3 cups mild cheddar cheese
Let bread dough thaw but not rise. It is helpful to put a little flour on rolling pin and hands. Roll out thawed bread dough (should roll out to be about 12 to 15 ins long and about 6 ins wide).
Brown sausage and chopped green onion stems. Drain all grease off mixture. Spoon in 1/3 of cooked sausage mixture. Top with 1 cup of each cheese. Fold over sides of bread dough to close. Fold over each end to close.
Put aluminum foil over roll and flip over so that the seam is on the bottom. Make a boat around loaf with sides and ends of aluminum foil.
Do this same procedure with remaining two loaves. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown.
