Overnight Omelet

8 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. cooked & drained sausage, diced ham or crumbled bacon
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 T. butter
Blend milk and eggs, add all other ingredients except bread. Place cubed bread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture over top of bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 deg. For 50 minutes.
