Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich
2 slices Sourdough bread, thick sliced
Butter
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Swiss Cheese, grated
2 Sausage patties, cooked
Heat a skillet until medium hot. Brush the bread slices with some butter and add to the pan. Cook until lightly brown. Lightly whip the eggs. Put them in a non-stick pan. Cook undisturbed until set. Add the cheese and fold into a half circle. Place the eggs on one slice of bread. Top with the cooked sausage and second piece of bread. Serve warm
