    Beef Tenderloin With Mushrooms And Potat

    3 pounds beef tenderloin, in 1 piece
    1 pound mushrooms, washed, quartered
    6 potatoes, peeled, sliced
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup water
    seasonings to taste



    Put all ingredients in a roasting pan.

    Bake in moderate oven for 35 minutes.
