    Easy Roast Beef & Gravy

    MOM
    3 LB. Roast (your choice)
    1 package dry instant onion soup
    1-26oz. Cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tablespoon soy sauce


    Put roast in crock pot
    Add dry onion soup on top
    Mix soup & soy sauce together & pour on top
    Cook on medium until tender.
    Serve with mash potatoes & your favorite salad.
