Southern Style Steak

List of Ingredients




Round Steak
2 Eggs
Flour
Milk
Salt & Pepper
1 Can beef broth
1 onion, sliced


Recipe



Cut the round steak into serving sized pieces.
Place in flour, egg and again into the flour.
Fry in oil till brown on both sides.
Drain.
Take a 9x13 pan and place the sliced onions on bottom.
Place steak on top and add the beef broth.
Place aluminum foil over top and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
Comes out so tender it melts in your mouth.
