Chicken Skillet

1-1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix for Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup Sour Cream
Mix hot water, butter and stuffing mix; set aside.
Spray nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
