    Black and White Cheese Pies

    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, divided (not evaporated milk)
    1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
    1/4 cup whipping cream
    2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract
    Six (4-oz. pkg.) single-serve graham cracker crumb crusts
    Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
    Chopped almonds (optional)

    Recipe



    Combine cocoa, butter and 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Cool completely.

    Beat whipping cream until stiff in small bowl; fold into chocolate mixture. In small bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in remaining 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla and almond extract.

    Alternately spoon chocolate and cheese mixtures into crusts, ending with chocolate. Cover; refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and almonds, if desired. 6 servings.
