    Beef & Cabbage Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    2 pkgs crescent rolls
    12 slices american cheese
    2 lbs hamburger
    1 tbs dried minced onion
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 1 lb pkg shredded cabbage

    Recipe



    Brown hamburger, onion and black pepper.
    When done drain grease and return to pan.

    Add cabbage and cover.

    Cook until cabbage is tender crisp.

    Meanwhile place one pkg of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 5 minutes at recommended temperature. (Seam the rolls so they make a crust.) Drain meat mixture on a paper towel and place on top of crust.

    Top with sliced american cheese, and make a top crust out of remaining pkg of crescent rolls and place on top. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Great with a salad and tater tots.
