Pork & Bean Casserole

1 large (40 oz) can pork & beans
1 (15 oz) can white kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans
2 (15 oz) cans lima butter beans
1 (15 oz) can chick peas
1/2 Daisy Roll (tenderloin-smoked butt), diced or a thick slice of boiled ham (about 1 lb), diced
1 minced onion
1 cup Katsup
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp vinegar
Dash of tabasco
In a large bowl, add all the beans that have been drained, except the pork & beans. Mix all together. Add the diced meat and minced onion. In a separate bowl, mix Katsup, and all other ingredients to have a sweet and sour taste. Add to beans and mix well. Bake at 350° about 1 1/2 hours until hot. Do not overbake as all beans are already cooked. Bake in a roasting pan (11"x9"x3").
