    Potato Puff Casserole

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce or catsup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed
    cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen potato puffs

    In skillet combine ground beef, onion and green pepper.
    Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with fork until meat is
    browned and onion and pepper are tender. Add chili sauce,
    undiluted soup and water. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Cover top with frozen potato puffs. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degreesfor 35 minutes or until potato puffs are golden brown. Makes 4servings
