Spicy Nacho Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies,chopped and drained
1 envelope Lipton nacho cheese recipe soup mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. coarsely chopped tomatoes
6 corn tortillas
In medium skillet, brown grown beef and drain. Stir in
chilies and soup mix which has been thoroughly blended with
water. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and tomato. In greased oblong casserole, alternately layer tortillas and ground beef mixture,ending with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated.
