Chili Verde Stew
1 pound of stew meat dredge in seasoned flour and brown
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped bell pepper
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 (4) oz can green chilis
1 small can green enchilada sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1 pkg of taco seasoning
2 beef bouillion cubes
2 diced potatoes
1 diced carrot
water to barely cover
Prep.
Put everything in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with warm tortillas.
