Green Pepper Jelly

List of Ingredients




6 green peppers,cut in strips
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
7 1/2 cups sugar
6 oz. fruit pectin
1 hot pepper
green food coloring

Recipe



put 1/2 peppers and 1/2 vinegar in blender for 10 sceonds.repeat until peppers are all blended.put in lg. saucepan.add sugar.bring to a boil and boil 6 minutes.add pectin.boil 3 minutes longer.add coloring.put in clean jars. makes 4 pints.
