    2 pounds grilled pork ribs
    2 pounds fennel Italian sausage
    3 pounds ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, diced
    2 cups canned northern beans
    2 cups canned kidney beans
    1 (18-ounce) can diced tomatoes
    2 cups canned tomato sauce
    Onion powder, to taste
    Garlic powder, to taste
    Pinch Cajun seasoning
    Pinch hot chili powder
    Salt and pepper, to taste.

    Precook pork by grilling the meat and then baking. Strip meat from the bones and set aside. Cook sausage and beef thoroughly, until browned. Add the shredded pork to the meat combination. Combine onion and peppers with the meat and saute lightly. Combine the remaining ingredients with the meat combination and simmer for 40 minutes. Makes about 3 gallons
