Easy Glazed Orange Slices

4 lg Oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
1/2 c Orange Marmalade*
1 c Shredded coconut
Preheat broiler. Position oven rack about four inches from the heat source.
Arrange the slices on the rack of the broiler pan. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon to one full teaspoon of the marmalade over each slice. Broil until the glaze starts to bubble - about two minutes. Watch carefully.
Top with coconut, return to broiler and boil another minute OR until the coconut is lightly toasted.
* You can substitute apricot or strawberry preserves for the orange marmalade.
