Creamy Smothered Chicken For 2

2 whole chicken breasts, halved
4 ounces can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 soup can sherry
1/2 cup sour cream
Paprika
Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish so that pieces do not overlap.
Cover with mushrooms.
Combine soup, sherry and sour cream, blending well.
Pour over chicken, completely covering breasts.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
