Hens With Mustard Glaze

1 (1 1/4 pound) Cornish hen, skinned and split
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons chopped mango chutney
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Place hen halves, cut side down, on a rack coated with cooking spray; place rack in a broiler pan.
Combine chutney and mustard, and brush about one-third of chutney mixture over hen.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, brushing twice with chutney mixture.
