Oriental Shrimp Salad For 2

1/2 lb. fresh or 1 (16 oz.)can bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
4 oz. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. green onions
1/4 c. radishes, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
2 slices Cheddar cheese, cut into squares
2 large lettuce leaves
Combine bean sprouts, shrimp, onions and radishes in a
bowl and mix well. Pour dressing over. Cover and chill for 2
hours; stir occasionally. Drain. Add cheese; mix well. Serve
on lettuce leaves. Serves two
