    Tips on Ice Cubes

    1. To make ice cubes that won't dilute your drink as they melt, choose a flavored beverage that's either part of the recipe or blends with its flavor.

    2. Use muffin pans or minatue Bundts bans to make extra large or decoratively shaped ice cubes/rings for punch.

    3. Make ice cubes for a party ahead of time, and store them in plastic bags in the freezer. Count on 350 cubes for 50 people or about seven cubes per person.

    4. If you prefer crystal-clear ice cubes, first boil water, then cool it to room temperature before pouring into ice cube trays and freezing. Bottled spring water will also give you clear cubes.
