    Easter Colored Marshmallow Salad

    1 package lemon Jell-O
    3/4 C. boiling water
    1/2 C. pineapple juice
    sugar to sweeten*
    1/2 C. milk
    1/4 C. mayonnaise
    1 T. lemon juice
    1-1/2 C. crushed pineapple
    3/4 C. diced bananas or peaches
    1 C. cottage cheese**
    1-1/4 C. colored Kraft baby marshmallows

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add pineapple juice and sugar. Add creamed mixture of remaining ingredients. Use a square or oblong pan and lay colored marshmallows on top.

    * Jell-O is not sweet enough.
    ** Can substitute 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese for
    cottage cheese or sour cream with mayonnaise and milk.
