Vegtable Fish Bake

1 Pound fresh fish fillets
2 Medium zucchini, cut into 2-in julienne
1 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tsp chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper


Heat oven to 350 deg F. Place fish in 9-inch square baking pan. Place zucchini and mushrooms around and over fish. In small bowl, stir together butter, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper; pour over fish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
