    List of Ingredients




    2 or more lbs. Meat loaf mix (ground beef, pork, and veal)
    1 large head of Cabbage
    1 cup Cooked Rice
    1 small Onion(chopped or grated)
    2 Eggs
    Salt
    Pepper

    SAUCE:
    2 cans Whole Tomatoes
    2 cans Tomatoe Soup
    Salt
    Pepper
    Sauerkraut(can or Bag)

    Recipe



    To Cook Cabbage in microwave.* Cut core out of Cabbage, Wrap tightly in microwave safe Saran Wrap.
    Poke holes in Saran wrap at the Core with fork.
    Place on plate, microwave on High Approx. 15 mins.
    Microwaving is much quicker and avoids the smell of cooking cabbage.
    When cabbage is done Carefully unwrap(it will be very hot).
    Set aside

    *use the top cabbage leaves to line a roaster pan or crock-pot.

    Mix all top ingredients and mix well with hands.
    Take a cabbage leaf and fill with meat mixture,
    Fold cabbage around meat. One at a time, and place them in Pan or crock pot.

    After all Meat is wrapped, Add The tomato soup, whole tomatos, salt and pepper over top. Stir together with spoon carefully.
    Then place Sauerkraut over top.

    Cook in oven at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs.
    Or crock-pot on high for 5 or 6 hrs.

    Even if you don't eat sauerkraut, you must use it for flavor
