Pasta and Shrimp
1 lb. small seashell pasta, uncooked
1/2 lb. fresh snow peas
8-ozs. cooked medium shrimp
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Cook seashells, rinse with cool water and drain. Steam peas until crisp-tender. Combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, and fresh dill in a large skillet and cook until hot. Add pasta, peas and parmesan cheese and toss to coat
