Garlic and Cheese Pizza
1 Platina cooked pizza crust or Boboli Crust
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 pound butter
Fresh basil
Toasted pine nuts
Blend together the cheeses, garlic and butter. Spread a thick layer over Patina.
Bake in oven 15 minutes at moderate temperature (350 - 375 degrees) until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with basil and toasted pine nuts.
Serve with soup or salad.
