BLT Salad
1 (8oz) container sour cream
1 cup mayonaise
1 TBS lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 large iceberg lettuce
(32oz) thick cooked and crumbled bacon
6 plum tomatoes... sliced
3 cups large croutons
Mix the first 7 ingredients together. In a 9 X 13 dish, layer lettuce, bacon , and then tomatoes. Pour dressing over top.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Add croutons prior to serving and mix slightly
