    Garlicky Caesar Dressing

    4 - 5 cloves mashed fresh garlic
    1 tsp. good red wine vinegar
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbls. lemon (preferbly fresh)
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1-2 drops hot pepper sauce
    Directions:

    Mix or blend all ingredients together.
