Bean & Burger Pita Pockets

MOM sent to me
1/2 Lb Lean ground beef
1/2 C Chopped onion
16 Oz Pork and Beans- undrained
2 C Shredded lettuce
1 C Chopped tomato
4 Oz Shredded cheddar cheese
Plain yogurt
Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
Add beans and salsa, heat through.
Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pita pocket half.
Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, yogurt and additional salsa, if desired.
