Red Wine Vinegar For cooking

2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Dried thyme
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 cup Chicken broth
Add thyme, garlic and red wine vinegar to the skillet.
Stir to blend skillet.
Or if meat is cooked stir to loosen what ever is in skillet .
Add chicken broth, turn heat to high and boil rapidly until the liquid is reduced to about 1/4 cup.
Can also be made with white wine
