Veal Chops with Swiss Cheese

2 Tblsp. olive oil
6 veal chops
6 slices Gruyere cheese (to cover each chop)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Madeira wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown chops well in the oil.
Place in a baking dish.
Cover each chop with one slice cheese.
Mix soup, milk and wine.
Pour over all and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
