List of Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
1 box blackberry gelatin
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. blackberry wine
4 eggs
Glaze:
1/3 c. blackberry wine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease and flour bundt pan. Beat together cake mix, gelatin, eggs, oil and wine. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes.
Glaze: Beat wine and sugar together with wire whisk. Punch holes in warm cake with toothpick or fork. Slowly pour glaze over warm cake.
