    This recipe has been passed down through my family for years. I don't know at what point it originated or how it was obtained, but I do know that it's rather quick and easy to fix. Everyone seems to like these biscuits and you can't taste the mayo at all.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 Cups self rising flour
    • 2 Tablespoons mayonaise
    • 1/2 Cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, mayo, and milk in mixing bowl.
    2. Use tablespoon to drop batter into cast iron skillet.
    3. Bake at 400' until golden brown on top.


    Final Comments


    Helpful Hints: Place oven rack on second level up from bottom. When baking biscuits like this, it will keep them from burning....For butter flavored biscuits add 2 tablespoons melted butter to batter mix.
