    Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes


    2 containers cherry tomatoes
    1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup green onion, sliced thin
    3 tbsp. fresh parmesan cheese, grated (dry can be used)
    Fresh parslet, chopped fine

    Recipe




    Cut a tin slice from top of each tomato.

    Scoop out insides and turn upside down on paper towel to drain.

    Combine all other ingredients.

    Spoon stuffing into each tomato.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
