Cheesy Fried Olives
Flour
1 egg, beaten
Breadcrumbs
Oil
¼ Lb each of pitted Kalamata olives and pitted Sicilian olives
Grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Heat enough oil to cover the skillet.
While oil is heating, dredge the olives in flour, then the egg and lastly, the breadcrumbs.
When the oil is hot, add the oilves and cook until golden, about two minutes.
Drain and dust with Parmesan cheese.
Serve warm.
