    Feta Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes


    32 cherry tomatoes
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 package cream cheese -- (4 oz.)
    1/2 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
    1 green onion finely chopped
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    parsley

    Recipe




    Cut tops off tomatoes and trim bottoms. (Trim bottoms just a little bit so that they sit alone.)

    Scoop out centers and drain tomatoes in fridge overnight. (You can use the centers for other recipes if you want. It will keep for 24 hours in fridge.)

    Mix all other ingredients, except the parsley.

    Pipe into the tomato shells and then sprinkle with the parsley.
