Jellied Coconut Balls
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks & whites
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Jelly Recipe
Set aside the flour and salt. Cream butter and gradually add the sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and roll into balls.
Drop balls in beaten egg whites and roll in coconut.
Place on greased cookie sheet and press center with thumb. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
When slightly cooled, fill center with favorite jelly
