Smoking Cow Pies from David
1 lb bulk Hot Italian Sausage
Regular size package of Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
Small deli rye breadRecipe
Brown sausage, drain, add cheese cut up in cubes. Cook over low heat until cheese has melted and everything is combined.
Spoon mixture on rye bread rounds and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
