    Buttermilk Rye Bread ABM


    7/8 cup buttermilk (or 3 tbsp. dry buttermilk powder and 7/8 cup water)
    2 cups bread flour
    1/3 cup rye flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1-1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. caraway seeds
    2 tsp. yeast

    Recipe




    Place all ingredients in bread pan in order recommended by mfgr, using least amount of liquid listed in recipe.

    Select Medium Crust setting and press start.

    After first 10 minutes of kneading, check dough and make any necessary adjustments.
