    Caraway-Rye Bread (bread machine)


    · 1.25 cups water
    · 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
    · 2.5 cups Bread Machine flour
    · 3/4 cup Rye flour
    · 2 tablespoons dry milk
    · 2 tablespoons sugar
    · 1.5 teaspoons salt
    · 3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
    · 2.75 teaspoons regular active dry yeast OR
    · 2.5 teaspoons bread machine or quick-acting active dry yeast

    The Caraway seed may be omitted for seedless rye bread.
