Garlic Herb White Bread (Bread Machine)
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons margarine or butter (soft)
1 clove garlic -- crushed
2 cups bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/8 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp dried basil leaves
1 3/4 tsp regular active dry yeast or bread machine yeast Recipe
Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Use Basic Cycle.
Makes 1 pound loaf.
[Mary's Notes: I made this 1/17/07...small but good. Wonderful taste! These
are the changes that I made: I used unsalted butter, unbleached flour, no
