    Recipe

Prepare dough in your Automatic Breadmaker using the Dough Setting. When the unit signals and the cycle is completed, remove the dough.

Combine all filling ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan and cook until tender. Liquid should be thick, not runny and should yield about 1 1/2 cups. Let cool completely. Hint: The filling can be made a day or two before hand. On a lightly floured board, roll the dough out into a 12 X 14-inch rectangle. Spread apple mixture over dough leaving a 1-inch border. Roll beginning on the 14-inch side; moisten and pinch the edges together. Cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces and place on greased baking sheet. Let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350 F., for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove and brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter.

In small bowl, mix together glaze ingredients, except orange rind. Drizzle over warm rolls. Sprinkle orange rind on top.

    Makes 10 to 12 rolls.
