    Crockpot Pineapple Pork


    2 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/2 cup KRAFT Brown Sugar BarBQ Sauce
    1 can (14 fl oz) Pineapple Tidbits in its Own Juice, undrained
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 large green peppers, coarsely chopped
    2 large red peppers, coarsely chopped
    5-1/3 cups hot cooked MINUTE RICE Brand Rice
    1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

    Recipe




    PLACE pork in slow cooker.

    Add barbecue sauce; mix well.

    DRAIN pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.

    Add reserved juice to cornstarch; stir until well blended.

    Pour over pork mixture; mix well.

    Top with the pineapple tidbits and peppers; cover with lid.

    COOK on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 5 hours).

    Spoon over the rice; sprinkle with peanuts.
