Crock-Pot Sausage and Rice
1 lb bulk Italian or pork sausage, browned and drained
2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
1 green bell pepper, chopped
15 oz can cut green beans, drained
2 c celery, sliced
6 - 7 oz box Rice-a-Roni
1/2 c onion, chopped
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a 4-6 quart crock-pot and mix.
Cook, covered, for 4 hours on low; serve.
