Turkey & Rice Casserole (crockpot)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cans water
3 cups long grain white rice, uncooked
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
2 cups frozen vegetables (peas & carrots)
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tbs dried minced onionRecipe
Pour soup and water into Crockpot and stir to combine.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or
3-4 hours on high.
